Directions

We are located in the building labeled STUDIO ELEMENTS. Head to the back and enter through the doors marked SPA.

• You can park anywhere in the front of the building after 5pm, but spaces may be limited.

• If the front is full or you park before 5pm, you can:

  • Park at Starbucks and walk over.

  • Use the free garage in the back. To access it, enter between CVS and Flowery, then make a left when you first enter.

Prep

Please avoid caffeine, use bathroom prior, arrive with no eye makeup, dry hair, and avoid low buns/ clips/ ponytails for the fastest and efficient service.

Lateness/ Rescheduling

Please be mindful of traffic and parking when scheduling your appointment, as arriving on tine ensures we can provide you with the full experience you deserve. If you arrive 15 min late, your appointment may be subject to cancellation. For reschedules made within 24 hrs of your appointment, you deposit will be forfeited. No-shows will be required to pay the full balance of their appointment.

Payment

Only form of payment is cash or card. There is a 4% service charge for cards.
